Hey everyone, the 2016 Off Road season is starting to take shape!
We’ll be having a meeting to get the details ironed out on Monday, March the 14th, at the Perkins in the Ramada Inn at 7:30pm. All are welcome to attend. On the agenda will be the upcoming season, track maintenance, possible concession, and the improvements that need to be made to the driver’s stand. We’ve had donations of labour and tools, what we really need now is the capital for the materials. We’re looking for people to pitch in with their membership dues ($50) as well as to pre-pay entries for the first half of the season (4 x $20). If it’s too much all at once, that’s OK, just offer what you can afford.
We also have a provisional schedule for the season, there may still be some tweaks to the dates but it should be pretty close:
- April 24th – Season Opener
- May 8th
- May 15th
- June 3rd-5th 2016 Electric Buggy Challenge!
- June 19th
- July 3rd (possible)
- July 17th
- July 31st
- August 24th
- September 4th
